Xian Electron has independently developed Dynamic Hydride Vapor Phase Epitaxy (D‑HVPE) technology, specifically designed for large‑area, high‑thickness, and high‑electrical‑uniformity epitaxial growth for GaAs photovoltaics. Leveraging a deep understanding of downstream device requirements, we reverse‑define equipment parameters to achieve deep synergy between growth equipment and photovoltaic processes, thereby breaking through cost and capacity bottlenecks at the equipment source.
